Delivery and Returns policy


Being a small business we seem to be working whenever we are awake. We do our best to pack all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, but occasionally there will be busy days or holidays when this won't be possible.

UK Deliveries - Between one and three cards, will be posted by Royal Mail 1st class post (standard delivery - no tracking). Anything over that will be posted via MyHermes and will take 2-4 days to arrive..

Overseas Deliveries - Are posted via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.

All postage costs include the cost of postage and the materials needed to wrap your order to ensure safe travel.

N.B. Please ensure you select the correct postage for the items you are sending (using the drop down box), so you don't get overcharged and also the destination.

Import Duty
Please note that where customs import duties apply, they are for the customer's own costs.


Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a UK business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement, where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email; [email protected]

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your products when they arrive please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email; [email protected] and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

You will be responsible for return postage.
